We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in designing simple, up-to-date and user-friendly Web and Mobile applications.
The candidate will work closely with our Business and Development teams to understand requirements and convert them into effective user interfaces and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and user workflows.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
- Design responsive UI for Web and Mobile applications.
- Design forms, dashboards, tables, reports and workflow screens.
- Simplify complex processes and improve overall usability.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design standards.
- Work closely with developers during application development.
- Review developed screens for UI/UX consistency.
- Use AI tools for design ideas, prototyping and faster development.
- Improve designs based on user and team feedback.
Skills Required
- 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Good hands-on experience with Figma.
- Experience in Web and Mobile application design.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Understanding of Design Systems and reusable components.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into simple designs.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experience designing business or SaaS applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development.
- Experience with dashboards and data-driven applications.
