Our products handle powerful, sometimes complex trading workflows - your job is to make them feel simple and reliable. Youll own design end-to-end (research wireframes high-fidelity UI developer handoff) and partner closely with engineering to ship pixel-accurate, accessible screens.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and desktop products.
- Turn complex trading workflows into simple flows - user research, wireframes, prototypes and polished high-fidelity UI.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system (components, patterns, typography, colour).
- Work closely with developers for accurate implementation; review builds and refine.
- Improve existing screens based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Ensure responsive, accessible design across devices.
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
- A solid grasp of UX principles, information hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive / accessible design.
- Ability to hand off pixel-accurate designs and collaborate closely with developers (an understanding of component-based UI and design tokens is a plus).
- A strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in office in Rajkot.
Preferred (bonus)
- Experience designing for a SaaS / software product.
- Experience with data-dense dashboards, fintech, or trading / analytics interfaces.
- Familiarity with developer handoff and tools like design tokens or Storybook.
