Axiodesyc Solutions Private Limited is a legal technology company focused on building purpose-driven software solutions for law firms, legal departments, and litigation teams.

We are expanding our in-house technology team and are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer – Figma Specialist to join our development team in Greater Noida.

The selected candidate will work closely with frontend and backend developers and the management team to create modern, intuitive, professional, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

This is a 100% in-office position based in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop complete UI/UX designs using Figma.
- Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Prepare developer-ready designs, specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers during implementation.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Improve existing interfaces based on usability feedback and product requirements.
- Participate in product discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
- Maintain consistency in visual design and user experience across applications.




- Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
- Good knowledge of typography, spacing, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of user flows and information architecture.
- Ability to design professional dashboards and SaaS/web applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical design solutions.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and management.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience designing mobile applications.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Understanding of Material Design or similar design systems.
- Experience designing complex dashboards, workflows, or data-heavy applications.

Portfolio Requirement : Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating their previous UI/UX work.





Preference will be given to portfolios showcasing experience with:
