About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our flagship product, an enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to design a seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing interface that caters to a diverse user base, including recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and administrators. Working closely with the founder and development team, you will translate complex AI functionalities into simple, user-friendly designs that enhance engagement and usability.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge product that is redefining recruitment technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in SaaS and enterprise dashboard design, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Noida or Pune, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3–6 years in UI/UX design,



with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, web applications, and enterprise SaaS products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity UI designs.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, ensuring optimal usability across desktops and mobile devices.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, and HRTech or B2B products.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Robust grasp of modern UI/UX principles, including user journey mapping and workflow design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform, ensuring intuitive navigation and functionality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with product requirements and branding guidelines.
- Develop and refine dashboards for recruiters, interview screens for candidates, reports, and administrative panels.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system with reusable UI components to streamline development and ensure visual coherence.
- Ensure the platform offers excellent usability across desktop and responsive web interfaces, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes.




- Simplify complex AI features into user-friendly interfaces that are easy to understand and operate.
- Collaborate closely with React developers during the implementation phase, providing design assets and guidance to facilitate seamless integration.
- Review implemented screens to ensure they adhere to design specifications and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
