The RoleWe are looking for an ownership-driven UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end experience design for our enterprise AI platforms. In this role, you will work directly with product managers, technical leads, and engineering teams to translate abstract data pipelines, governance frameworks, and complex AI workflows into clean, intuitive, and high-impact user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Product Design: Lead the user experience from initial discovery to delivery—creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished final interfaces.
- Complex Workflow Simplification: Abstract heavy technical concepts (data pipelines, multi-tenant governance, AI model tracking) into seamless, intuitive dashboard workflows.
- Design Systems & Scalability: Build and maintain scalable, robust design systems in Figma using auto-layout, component libraries, and tokens/variables.
- Research & Iterative Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing sessions to identify friction points and iterate on designs before features hit production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility, maintain quality standards, and deliver consistent UI across the platform.

What We’re Looking For

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Enterprise & AI Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or data-dense environments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, complex workflow simplification, and design system engineering.
- Tools Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma & Canva, including design tokens, auto-layout, interactive components, and system architecture.
- Systems & Big-Picture Thinking: Ability to map out complex multi-tenant enterprise environments and understand how micro-interactions impact the holistic user journey.
- Product Ownership: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability—you take full responsibility for user experience from concept to launch.

Nice-to-Haves

- Marketing & Visual Collateral: Experience creating promotional assets, product graphics, or short videos using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Replit, NotebookLM, v0) to accelerate prototyping, documentation, or design workflows.
