Job Purpose:

Design complex enterprise and industrial digital products across diverse domains including IoT, AI, manufacturing, logistics, sustainability, enterprise SaaS, and connected devices. Youll simplify highly technical workflows into intuitive experiences by working closely with product, engineering, and domain experts.

This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, learning unfamiliar industries, and creating interfaces that dont already exist, NOT designers looking primarily to redesign conventional consumer apps or marketing websites.

Who you are:

- 23 years of experience designing complex digital products for web, mobile, enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, industrial software, or similar problem spaces.
- Comfortable working on products spanning multiple industries rather than a single domain.
- Curious enough to understand unfamiliar domains before designing.
- Ability to translate complex workflows and UX decisions into intuitive, polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Confident creating wireframes before jumping into polished UI.
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions using rationale rather than preference.




- Exceptional UI craftsmanship with solid fundamentals in typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, grids, colour systems, accessibility, and component thinking.
- Ability to establish a visual language for new products, including layout principles, component patterns, interaction behaviours, micro-interactions, responsive behaviour, and scalable design systems.
- Comfortable working directly with engineers to understand technical constraints.

AI Competency We actively use AI throughout our design process for research, ideation, documentation, wireframing, exploration, and accelerating iterations. However, AI is not expected to solve product thinking. We value designers who use AI to work faster, explore more options, and validate ideas, NOT those who rely on AI to generate final UX solutions.
