About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with 3–4 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and consumer-focused digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX discovery, interaction design, UI design, and interface systems, with a positive understanding of how users interact with digital products. You should be comfortable moving from understanding a problem and exploring user needs to creating thoughtful, well-structured, and visually refined interfaces.

We are particularly looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable exploring new approaches to product design, including the evolving role of AI and LLMs in digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging experiences for consumer-facing applications and digital products.
- Participate in the UX discovery and design process, understanding user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
- Translate user and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Develop thoughtful interaction patterns that make products easy and intuitive to use.
- Create clean, structured, and visually consistent UI designs with strong attention to layout, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.
- Design and maintain reusable components and UI patterns in collaboration with established design systems.
- Understand and apply principles of responsive and scalable interface design.
- Incorporate appropriate motion, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers,



and other stakeholders to translate concepts into feasible product experiences.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, product requirements, technical constraints, and stakeholder inputs.
- Contribute to design reviews and clearly communicate design decisions and rationale.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate AI and LLM-based capabilities into user experiences and product interfaces.
- Stay updated with evolving UX/UI practices, interaction patterns, AI-driven experiences, and emerging design trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing consumer-facing applications or digital products.
- Strong understanding of the complete UX design process, particularly discovery, problem definition, ideation, interaction, and interface design.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, including layout, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency.
- Good understanding of interaction design and user behaviour.
- Experience designing components, reusable patterns, and design systems.
- Basic to good understanding of motion design, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Proficiency in Figma or comparable UX/UI design tools.
- Familiarity with prototyping and communicating interaction concepts.
- Understanding of AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled product experiences.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI or product design work, including the thinking and process behind the final designs.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
