Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.

- Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus.

- Strong understanding of UX, visual design, interaction design, and design systems.

- Experience designing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or B2B products.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude.

- Robust problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Description

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web responsive and mobile.

- Translate business requirements into clear user journeys and information architecture.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.

- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.

- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, analytics, and stakeholder reviews.

- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹18,281.98 - ₹48,565.96 per month
