Role Description The UGC Content Creator is a full-time, remote role responsible for producing engaging user-generated style content aligned with PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital offerings. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting short-form video content, recording and editing videos, and creating authentic testimonials, reviews, and tutorial-style content for social media and digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals, adapting content for different channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), and optimizing content based on performance metrics.





The UGC Content Creator will research trends in education and career development, experiment with new formats, and ensure all content reflects PPStack’s brand voice and values. This role also requires managing a content calendar, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality production standards while working independently.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in short-form video creation, including scripting, filming, and basic editing for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
- Experience creating authentic UGC-style content, including testimonials, reviews, POV videos, and educational snippets tailored to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, content trends, and platform-specific optimization (hashtags, hooks, thumbnails, captions).
- Ability to research topics related to EdTech, AI, digital skills, and career growth and translate them into transparent, engaging content.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present on camera confidently and adapt tone and style to different audience segments.
- Basic proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, mobile editing apps) and familiarity with recording equipment and lighting.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and learning design.
