Role Description The UGC Content Creator role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on producing engaging user-generated content that supports the company’s EdTech, career, and digital services. In this role, the UGC Content Creator will plan, script, and create short-form video content, social media posts, and testimonials across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The individual will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content that highlights PPStack’s learning solutions, bootcamps, career programs, and digital branding services. Daily responsibilities include researching trends, creating content calendars, recording and editing videos, writing captions,



and optimizing content for audience engagement and brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, iterating on content based on insights, and actively engaging with online communities to strengthen brand awareness and trust.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in short-form video creation, on-camera presentation, and basic video editing for social media platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in content ideation, storytelling, and scriptwriting tailored to education, career, and digital branding topics.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, audience engagement, and trend analysis across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting for captions, posts, and hooks that drive views, clicks, and conversions.
- Candidates should possess skills in using creator tools and apps (e.g., mobile editing tools, Canva or similar design platforms) to produce visually appealing content.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in UGC creation, influencer or creator collaborations, or content creation in EdTech, career coaching, or digital services is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
