Job Summary Drogo Aerospace is looking for experienced UAV Pilots with hands-on experience operating and testing Jet Engine and Internal Combustion (IC) Engine UAV platforms.

The selected candidates will be responsible for flight operations, ground testing, mission preparation, system checks, flight validation, troubleshooting, and supporting the engineering team during UAV development and field trials.

Candidates with experience in fixed-wing UAVs, VTOL UAVs, long-endurance platforms, defence UAV systems, and prototype flight testing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and conduct flight testing of Jet Engine and IC Engine powered UAVs.
- Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks.
- Prepare UAVs for test flights, demonstrations, trials, and operational missions.
- Execute manual, assisted, and autonomous flight operations as required.




- Conduct ground runs and engine performance checks before flight.
- Monitor flight parameters including altitude, airspeed, engine performance, fuel levels, telemetry, navigation, and communication systems.
- Support take-off, landing, runway operations, and emergency procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Avionics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant skilled UAV flying or testing experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on UAV piloting / flight-testing experience.
- Practical experience with either:
- Jet Engine UAV platforms, or
- IC Engine / Petrol Engine UAV platforms
