Cavalree Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced UAE Food Import Regulatory Executive to support the regulatory and import documentation activities of a Dubai-based Food Trading Company.

The candidate must have previous working experience in the UAE/Dubai food trading, food importing, FMCG, freight forwarding or logistics sector, with hands-on exposure to Dubai Municipality FIRS and ZDLM portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Dubai Municipality portals, including FIRS and ZDLM.
- Prepare, submit and follow up Food Import Release Permits for incoming shipments.
- Coordinate physical port inspections with Dubai Municipality health and safety officers.
- Handle food product registration, import approvals and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Review and organize import documentation including B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Origin.
- Coordinate document attestations and approvals with Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE and MOFAIC.
- Follow up regulatory queries, document discrepancies, inspection requirements and rejected applications.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs clearance teams and internal operations.




- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pending approvals and shipments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant UAE/Dubai experience.
- Hands-on operational experience with Dubai Municipality FIRS and ZDLM is mandatory.
- Previous experience with a UAE Food Trading, Food Importing or FMCG company is strongly preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of UAE food import regulations, customs procedures, Health Certificates, Halal Certificates, shelf-life requirements and other regulatory documentation.
- Strong English communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and online government portals.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and approvals simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
