Role Description The Turnkey Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and furniture layout for residential spaces. Daily tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements and budgets, preparing design proposals and mood boards, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

The designer will oversee site measurements, supervise installation work,



and monitor project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves preparing detailed drawings and documentation, managing client communication throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring that completed interiors align with LivWOOD’s design and finishing standards.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and color and material selection.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for creating layouts, 3D views, and technical drawings.
- Experience in turnkey project management, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and site supervision.
- Knowledge of furniture design, modular systems, and contemporary interior trends relevant to residential projects.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including requirement gathering, presentation of design concepts, and clear communication.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or modular interiors preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bangalore Urban, with a cooperative approach to working with designers, project managers, and installation teams.
