1) Job Purpose:

Executing a sales expansion strategy to drive consistent growth by acquiring recent customers by smartly assessing client credit worthiness, conducting market research,

identifying potential leads, analyzing competitors, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets.

2) Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, references, and market mapping.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, RMC plants, infrastructure companies,and other key customers.

3. Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits.

4. Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal team.

5. Negotiate prices and close sales while maintaining company profitability.

6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

7. Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.

8. Coordinate with the Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

9. Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt support.

10. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new projects

Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

13. Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales updates.

Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience (building materials, cement, aggregates,

RMC, or construction industry preferred).

Preferred Candidate Location: Candidate should be from the territory as specified

Requirements: Candidate must have his own vehicle, Basic knowledge of MS Excel and

CRM software, Valid driving license and willingness to travel
