Key Responsibilities of Role The Treasury & Banking Support professional will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company’s treasury functions and banking interactions to enhance financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include: - Cash Management: Monitor daily cash flow requirements and optimize liquidity to ensure availability of funds for operational needs and investment opportunities while minimizing cost.

- Banking Operations: Manage and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring seamless coordination for account management, fund transfers, and resolving any transactional issues.
- Funds Transfer & Reconciliation: Oversee interbank transfers, payments, and receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing; perform regular bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment between books and bank statements.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to treasury and banking activities, including KYC documentation, RBI guidelines,



and internal audit standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and banking summaries for senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- Investment Management Support: Assist in the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of short-term and long-term investment options in alignment with company policies and market conditions.
- Debt Management Coordination: Support the management of borrowings, loan disbursements, interest payments, and compliance with debt covenants ensuring minimal cost and risk.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance treasury processes and banking operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to changing business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of treasury activities with overall business objectives.

- Technology Utilization: Leverage treasury management systems and digital banking tools to streamline operations and generate actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on treasury-related queries, fostering a transparent and qualified communication environment.

Technical Competencies

Advanced MS Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis,Expertise in cash flow management and bank reconciliation,In-depth knowledge of treasury compliance and internal controls,Strong relationship management skills with banks and financial institutions

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

A Master’s degree or MBA in Finance will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Treasury and Banking support functions, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
