Key Result Areas

As part of Corporate Treasury team and is expected to support in following areas.

- Managing Daily cash flows of the Group in most cost-efficient manner.
- Managing working capital effectively by monitoring key metrics, cash flow forecasting process across the group.
- Analyze & propose various borrowing alternatives, trade finance / multi-currency structures, etc along with hedging structures on a regular basis.
- Tracking Fx Exposures, supporting timely hedging with approved instruments in most cost-efficient manner.
- Analyzing and executing investment transactions while performing rigorous credit risk analytics, due diligence to maximize risk adjusted returns.
- Maintaining relationship with key stakeholders (Banks. Advisors, AMCs, etc).
- Manage compliance for overseas transactions.




- Keeping the management updated on market developments, expected changes and its impact on Group’s portfolio.
- Accounting, monitoring and reporting of treasury transactions on a timely basis.
- Compliance with Regulatory guidelines & company policies.

Incumbent profile:

- CA/MBA-Premier with 5 + years of domain expert in concepts of Treasury & Finance.
- Relevant experience in Investments Management.
- Experience in cash management and treasury operations would be an advantage
- Significant Exposure of working in SAP setting.

COMPENSATION: 30 LPA
