Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and risk tolerance to deliver personalized service.

- Identify cross-sell opportunities for other products such as private banking services, PMS, and third-party offerings.

- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 3-20 years of experience in HNI sales or related field.

- Solid knowledge of premier banking, private banking, PMS, and other relevant financial markets.

- Proven track record in building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through effective communication skills.
