We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Intern to join our Group Travels team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, loves interacting with people, and has a natural ability to understand customer needs and convert conversations into bookings.

You will work closely with the Travel Sales team to assist customers in planning and booking group travel experiences while gaining hands-on experience in travel sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in handling enquiries for group travel packages and tours.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets, and group sizes.
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.




- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Support the team in preparing quotations and customized travel proposals.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel packages, seasonal offers, and travel trends.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Passion for travel and interest in exploring different destinations.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
