Horizon Finder is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
This is primarily a work-from-home position, with occasional visits to the Horizon Finder office for meetings, training and team activities.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customer travel requirements and budget.
Recommend suitable Wayanad, Kerala and customized travel packages.
Prepare and share quotations and itineraries.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Handle customer questions and price objections professionally.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations team.
Work towards sales and booking targets.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Malayalam and English preferred.
Interest in travel and tourism.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and online tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently from home.
Own smartphone, laptop and reliable internet connection.
Willingness to occasionally visit the Horizon Finder office when required.
