Role & responsibilities

- Handle and convert inbound leads generated through Google Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international holiday packages.

- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email, with timely and professional follow-ups.

- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the operations/DMC team.

- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Handle customer objections related to pricing, itinerary, hotels and competition and work towards closing the sale.

- Maintain regular follow-up and update lead status in the company's CRM/lead management system.

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience from enquiry to confirmation.

Preferred candidate profile





- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales / holiday sales / travel consultancy, preferably handling international destinations.

- Strong sales and conversion skills with the ability to close leads over phone and WhatsApp.

- Experience handling B2C travel enquiries and digital leads will be preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of international holiday destinations such as Vietnam, Singapore, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia and Dubai will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

- Should be proactive, confident and commercially oriented rather than purely operational.

- Candidates with experience in DMC, tour operator, travel agency or holiday package sales are preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
