Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client preferences, providing destination advice, preparing cost-effective travel options, and managing changes or cancellations as needed. The role involves handling reservations systems, coordinating travel documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with travelers.

Consultant will also address customer inquiries,



resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and modify flights, accommodations, tours, and related services efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive traveler experience.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms, GDS or online reservation tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or travel-related role is preferred; knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
