Samaa Travels is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and personalized travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and recommend domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle flight, hotel, visa, and tour bookings.
- Communicate with customers and travel partners professionally.
- Prepare customized itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
- Follow up on enquiries, bookings, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and booking processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in travel/tourism is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
