Job Role

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel, confident in client handling and target-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle B2C travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.

· Understand customer requirements and create customized travel packages & itineraries.

· Sell Domestic & International holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa services.

· Prepare quotations, handle negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales & conversion targets.

· Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and internal operations team.

· Maintain solid customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business.

· Stay updated with destinations, travel trends, airline policies and offers.

REQUIREMENTS

· 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.





· Good knowledge of Domestic & International destinations.

· Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.

· Good command of English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, hotels and travel documentation.

· Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.

· Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
