We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with their travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions. The role involves understanding customer preferences, suggesting destinations and travel packages, preparing itineraries, handling flight and hotel bookings, and coordinating travel arrangements from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details.

- Assist with flight, hotel, transport, and other travel bookings.

- Coordinate with customers, travel partners, and service providers.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.





- Maintain customer records and provide timely updates.

- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory travel experience for customers.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services.

- Sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with targets and follow up with leads.

- Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
