Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Jomotel Hotels is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. This role involves advising guests on travel options, creating customized itineraries, and coordinating stays across Jomotel’s properties and partner destinations.

The Travel

Consultant will manage bookings, handle reservations and modifications, and ensure accurate documentation of travel arrangements. Daily responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, providing timely customer support, recommending experiences and add-on services,



and collaborating with hotel teams to deliver seamless end-to-end travel experiences. The role also requires monitoring availability, working with internal systems for travel management, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate tailored travel plans.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional hospitality teams.
- Proficiency with reservation systems, basic computer applications, and online travel platforms.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel agencies, or tourism is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
