We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel sales, customer handling, itinerary planning, bookings, and day-to-day travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel enquiries and convert them into bookings.
Communicate with clients and understand their travel requirements.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate flight, hotel, transport, and other travel arrangements.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage bookings and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and internal teams.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, payments, and client details.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in travel sales and/or travel operations.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of travel bookings and itinerary planning.
Customer-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Target-oriented and responsible towards assigned tasks.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Location: Elements Mall, DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
