Key Responsibilities

- Handle assigned leads and connect with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- Create customized itineraries and travel packages based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate and negotiate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other vendors.
- Compare rates and services and provide the best suitable quotation to the client.
- Follow up effectively and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirmations, payments, vouchers and documentation.
- Provide client support before and during the tour and efficiently handle on-tour issues.
- Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while coordinating with the team.

Required Skills

- Good domestic & international destination knowledge.
- Experience in customized itinerary planning and travel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good lead conversion and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
