Designation : Travel Consultant • Handle domestic & international travel and tour package enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable destinations/packages.
- Prepare customized day-wise itineraries and quotations.
- Handle hotel, flight, sightseeing, transfers and activity arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers and operations team.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare accurate package costing, inclusions/exclusions and final itineraries.
- Maintain enquiry and booking records.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion and profit targets.
- Robust English communication skills (written & verbal) required.
Required Skills: Travel & destination knowledge, itinerary planning, customer handling, sales & negotiation, follow-up skills, basic Excel knowledge and good English communication.
