Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Kochi.

The Travel

Consultant will manage travel arrangements, provide personalized travel consulting, coordinate reservations, and deliver exceptional customer service.





Responsibilities include creating and selling travel packages, booking various travel services, managing client itineraries, and providing assistance to ensure an unmatched travel experience for clients. Collaboration with the team and exceptional organizational skills are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Competency in handling Reservations efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and packages is an advantage
- Previous experience in the travel industry or related field is beneficial
