Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage travel expenses, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars using SABRE GDS system.

- Prepare accurate and timely expense reports for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Conduct thorough analysis of expenses to identify areas of improvement and implement cost savings measures.

- Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate rates and terms with vendors for better deals.

- Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems (SAP) for effective processing of expenses.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Travel & Expense management or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Proficiency in preparing expense reports, analyzing data, controlling costs, managing inventory, and working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
