We are looking for a motivated and energetic Travel Agent – Marketing to join our travel and tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and marketing skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to build valuable relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote domestic and international travel packages through various marketing channels.
- Generate new customer leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare and share travel package quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote special offers, holiday packages, honeymoon packages, group tours, and customized trips.
- Coordinate with the operations and booking team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer details.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for travel packages.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, marketing, tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
- Experience in selling tour packages or holiday packages preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, email, and basic MS Office/Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
