? WE ARE HIRING | TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER – EV FLEET

Maple Drive | Raipur, Chhattisgarh

We are looking for a hands-on Transport Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our growing commercial EV fleet.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily deployment of vehicles & drivers

• Ensure on-time reporting and driver attendance

- Monitor vehicle movement, utilization & performance
- Handle driver discipline, replacements & grievances
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, breakdowns & downtime

• Ensure daily/nightly EV charging compliance

- Maintain daily MIS, attendance & fleet performance reports
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

? What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in transport / fleet / logistics operations

- Experience managing drivers and commercial vehicles
- Strong coordination, follow-up & problem-solving skills




- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with GPS / fleet-management systems preferred
- EV fleet experience will be an added advantage

This is a hands-on role — not a desk-only MIS position.

We need someone who can take ownership and make sure that vehicles run, drivers report, clients are satisfied and operational issues get resolved.
