As Transport Operations Executive, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with dispatch coordination, tracking, vendor communication, documentation, follow-up.
This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.
The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.
The exact team structure and reporting line will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, be organised and take ownership of routine responsibilities after initial training.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to participate in a short practical discussion or role-specific assessment.
