Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily employee transportation and vehicle operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles operate as per schedule.
- Monitor pickup and drop routes, timings and vehicle movement.
- Track vehicles through GPS and ensure proper route operations.
- Handle driver attendance, vehicle allocation and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding route changes, delays and operational issues.
- Monitor vehicle breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Ensure vehicles are available and ready for daily operations.
- Maintain records related to vehicle movement, trips, attendance and operations.
- Coordinate with clients/site teams regarding transportation requirements.




- Handle day-to-day transport-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure smooth and safe transportation operations.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma / Degree.
- Experience in transport, fleet, logistics or employee transportation is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in transport operations and rotational shifts, if required.
