Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Transport Operations &
- Scheduling

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily college transportation, including routes, schedules, vehicle deployment, and timely pick-up/drop-off of students and staff.

- Fleet &
- Driver Management

Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, fuel records, driver attendance and performance, and ensure optimal utilization of the transport fleet.

- Safety &
- Statutory Compliance

Ensure adherence to RTO/Motor Vehicle regulations, vehicle documentation, safety protocols, insurance, fitness, permits, and other statutory requirements.

- Vendor &
- Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, security, students, parents, faculty,



and administrative teams to resolve operational issues and ensure service quality.

- Monitoring, Reporting &
- Cost Control

Maintain transport records and MIS, monitor incidents and operational expenses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
