- Manage and coordinate transportation activities for project requirements.
- Plan and arrange vehicles for transportation of machinery, materials, and manpower.
- Coordinate with drivers
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deployment at project sites.
- Maintain records of vehicles, fuel, expenses, and driver details.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, fitness, permits, and other documents.
- Verify trip sheets, fuel records, and transporter bills.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and arrange alternate vehicles when required.
- Ensure proper utilization of company and hired vehicles.
- Prepare daily and weekly transport reports for management.
Qualification:
· Any Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in infrastructure project would be an added advantage;
