We are looking for a Engineer with experience or interest in Transmission Line Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works related to transmission towers, foundations, and project sites while ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities for transmission line projects.
- Handle and monitor tower foundation works.
- Ensure excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and foundation work are carried out as per drawings.
- Check site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
- Read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, labour teams, and project engineers.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper use of materials.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues.
- Maintain site documentation, measurements, and work reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the site team.
- Ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
- Follow project safety procedures and construction standards.
- Travel to different project locations/sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in Transmission Line / Tower Foundation Work will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of foundation construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
