Role Description This full-time Transfer Pricing Senior / Assistant Manager role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses, and benchmarking studies in compliance with global and local regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing intercompany transactions, assisting with transfer pricing planning, and supporting tax audits and controversies. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and advisory professionals, to support multinational clients and ensure accurate, compliant reporting.



The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and staying updated on transfer pricing legislation and guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, perform economic analyses, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Tax and Transfer Pricing to handle compliance, planning, documentation, and interactions with tax authorities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Finance and Tax Law to understand regulatory frameworks, financial structures, and risk management in cross-border transactions.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent is preferred, with prior experience in transfer pricing or international tax.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare transparent reports and explain technical concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; experience with transfer pricing databases or tax software is an advantage.
