- Preferably a Chartered Accountant, with significant experience in Big Four or corporate; smaller CA firms less preferred.
- Looking for someone with global experience, handling multiple jurisdictions; 4+ years of experience, up to 89 years is acceptable.
- Solid knowledge of TP documentation is essential; even if restricted to India, it is acceptable if the person is qualified.
- Seeking candidates with dedicated India experience and those with a mix of India and global experience.
- MSP (RR): Asked about specific countries; Ankit clarified no specific country required, but experience across regions (APAC, NAM, EMEA, US) is preferred.
- TP practice is standardized globally, so regional experience (EU, APAC) is acceptable.

Tools and technical requirements

- Google Suite/GCP (including Gemini) experience is required; Alteryx is good to have; some ERP experience (SAP or similar) is useful.

Regulatory and audit exposure

- Some understanding of international tax regulations is expected from a TP perspective, including knowledge of relevant forms and entity requirements.
- Exposure to TP audits (even India-specific) is a nice-to-have.
- Basic knowledge of international/US tax regulations and TP audit exposure are preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Daily responsibilities and workload distribution

- Workload varies by quarter; during the year, about 50% time on TP documentation and benchmarking, 50% on compliance, operations, and ad hoc projects.
- In the second half of the year, TP documentation work shifts more towards compliance/operations.
- The role balances TP documentation/benchmarking with compliance and operational tasks, with seasonal variations.
