Job Title TrakSYS Consultant with manufacturing experience

Relevant Experience

(in Yrs)

1-5 Yrs

Technical/Functional Skills  Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical)

 Experience in TrakSYS application Support

 1-3 years of hands-on experience in configuration Support and customization of

TrakSYS applications

 Should be experienced with the system administration and maintenance activities of the at least 1 MES COTS application.

 Working experience in C# .NET application development and support.

 Experience with MS-SQL and T-SQL

 Should have good command on SQL Queries (Changes, debugging or executing queries) in MS SQL.

 Experience in trouble shooting and debugging TrakSYS applications.

 Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.

 Background in TrakSYS, manufacturing process of either Process or Discrete industries

 Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications like SAP,

Labware LIMS and custom MES.





 Must have independently handled at least 1 full TrakSYS implementation/upgrade project

Experience Required 1-3 Yrs. Experience on TrakSYS preferably for Process Manufacturing industries

Roles & Responsibilities

 Should be able to work on TrakSYS implementation activities

 Work closely with Business Management Team and Users to define the needs and design solutions that add value

 Work with client to map the as-is and to-be business processes, set strategic vision,

specify TrakSYS requirements and operational improvements based on the result of site assessments and quantify the expected advantages.

 Document and analyze the information needs for the business and ensure appropriate solution are delivered

 Gather the user requirements in relation to controlling and recording the manufacturing activities.

 Maintain client relationships

 Consistently display an enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude in both words and actions.
