We are looking for a Training Specialist Geotechnical Platform to join our team in Kochi.
The role involves understanding our SaaS-based geotechnical platform, MissionOS, and developing engaging and structured training content for different types of users.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in learning technical software products, and the ability to convert complex product information into simple and effective learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand MissionOS and how it is used across infrastructure and construction projects.
- Create training materials including presentations, user guides, tutorials, videos and short learning modules.
- Develop structured training programmes for different user groups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Create assessments, quizzes and other learning materials.
- Support the development and maintenance of e-learning content.
- Manage and update training content in LMS platforms.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Subject Matter Experts to understand product features and updates.
- Convert technical/product information into clear and user-friendly training content.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve training materials and programmes.
- Support onboarding and product adoption initiatives.
Required Skills

- Good proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Office.

- Experience with Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360.
- Experience with LMS platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing or multimedia content creation.
- Experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Experience with technical writing or technical training.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS/software products.
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering / Construction domain will be an advantage.
