We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Training & Placement Officer to manage and strengthen the institution’s training, internship, and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, coordinating recruitment drives, and supporting students in their career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations and recruiters.
- Coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment processes, and job fairs.




- Identify and bring new companies for campus recruitment.
- Coordinate student training, internships, employability programs, and career guidance activities.
- Communicate with HR/recruitment teams regarding vacancies, eligibility, and selection processes.
- Prepare placement-related notices, reports, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty members, and students for placement activities.
- Maintain student placement and internship records.
- Conduct pre-placement talks, career counselling, and employability sessions.
- Support students throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop industry-academic partnerships and explore opportunities for MoUs, internships, and training collaborations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
