About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys learning new technology and explaining things clearly to others? Maxwell GeoSystems is looking for a Training Specialist to help users learn and get the most out of MissionOS, our infrastructure data and project management platform.

You will work closely with our product specialists, engineers and experienced users to understand how MissionOS is used on real-world infrastructure projects and turn that knowledge into simple, practical learning content.

This role is a good fit for someone at the beginning of their career who has a technical background, strong communication skills and an interest in technology, learning and content creation.

What You’ll Do

- Learn MissionOS and understand how it is used across infrastructure and construction projects.
- Create training materials such as presentations, user guides, tutorials, videos and short learning modules.
- Help develop structured training programmes for different types of users, including engineers, consultants and project teams.
- Convert technical information into explicit, easy-to-follow learning content.
- Create quizzes, exercises and other assessments to check user understanding.
- Work with product and technical teams to keep training content accurate and up to date.
- Explore new ways of delivering training, including videos, interactive content, simulations and microlearning.
- Collect feedback from learners and use it to improve training materials and sessions.
- Support the development of MissionOS learning resources as the platform evolves.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- PhD /MTech or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering/ Construction Engineering or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience.



Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a simple, structured way.
- Comfortable creating presentations, documents and other learning content.
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
- Willingness to learn new software and understand how it is used in real-world projects.

Good to Have

- Exposure to construction, infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
- Experience creating presentations, tutorials, videos or other technical content.
- Familiarity with software or digital tools used in engineering or construction.
- Interest in training, learning and development, technical communication or instructional design.
- Basic experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Canva or video/content creation tools.
