Qualifications:

Experienced spa therapy and beauty trainer.

Graduate / Diploma in Cosmetology, CIDESCO in Skin & Body from a reputed beauty or spa academy.

Required Skills:

Aromatherapy, Facials & Beauty Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Head Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Stone Therapy, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Recovery therapies.

Work Experience: 4-6 Years

Should be willing to travel for on-job training.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:





- Design and scale training programs that directly impact business performance.
- Building end-to-end learning journeys—from onboarding and certification to leadership development and quality excellence.
- Lead large-scale training initiatives across multi-city and Tier 2 Cities, improving workforce readiness, driving quality metrics, and consistently elevating customer experiences
