Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with strong US Healthcare RCM expertise to lead training strategy, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead training and development programs across US Healthcare RCM operations.
- Design and implement training plans for current hires, cross-training, upskilling, and process transitions.
- Manage training teams and trainers and ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
- Develop training content, SOPs, assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Identify skill gaps through performance and quality data and implement corrective training interventions.
- Partner with Operations, Quality,



and HR teams to improve employee productivity and process performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness, nesting performance, certification, and training KPIs.
- Support new process launches, transitions, and client-specific training requirements.
- Prepare training dashboards and management reports.

Required Skills: US Healthcare RCM, Training Management, Adult Learning, Content Development, TNI/TNA, Coaching, Quality & Performance Management, Team Leadership.

Preferred RCM Processes:

Patient Access, Eligibility, Authorization, Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR, Denials, and Billing.
