The Opportunity

Are you someone who can walk onto a manufacturing floor and instantly understand how operators think and work? We're looking for a Training Manager to design and deliver training programs that help our customers' teams get real value out of our Intelligent Manufacturing Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deliver training programs for customers adopting the Novatro platform, tailored to different roles on the floor
- Own and administer Novatro's learning management system — publishing courses, managing enrolments, tracking completion and assessment results, and reporting adoption metrics back to the Customer Experience team
- Develop training materials, documentation, and job aids that translate technical functionality into practical, floor-ready guidance
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to identify where training gaps are slowing adoption or causing confusion
- Travel to customer sites as needed to deliver in-person training and gather firsthand feedback




- Continuously refine training content based on customer questions, confusion points, and platform updates
- Build a scalable training framework (onboarding tracks, refreshers, train-the-trainer models) as the customer base grows

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, practical instruction
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable in front of a room of floor operators or plant managers
- Patient, empathetic communication style suited to varying levels of technical comfort
- Level C1 or above English proficiency
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites as needed

Experience and Skills Required

- Prior experience in a training, enablement, or floor supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial workplace
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS including course setup, learner tracking and completion reporting
- Experience building e-learning content with authoring tools
- Direct manufacturing floor experience is strongly preferred — practical, hands-on instinct matters more here than formal training credentials
- Experience with fabrication or precision machining environments is a strong plus
- Comfortable creating training materials (slides, guides, videos) independently
