We are looking for a Training Director to lead the overall learning and capability development strategy for US Healthcare RCM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization-wide training and capability development strategy.
- Lead large training teams across multiple processes and locations.
- Establish training governance, KPIs, competency frameworks, and performance standards.
- Drive TNA, curriculum development, leadership development, and upskilling programs.
- Build structured learning journeys for new hires, experienced employees, and leadership teams.
- Partner with Operations and Quality to address performance and knowledge gaps.
- Measure training effectiveness through productivity, quality, certification, and business outcomes.
- Lead training transformation, digital learning, and content standardization initiatives.
- Support current client/process transitions and large-scale hiring programs.
- Present training performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
