About the Role

We are looking for a Project Intern to support the day-to-day implementation of our ongoing project at a school for blind girls in Alandi, Pune.

The intern will be the on-ground point of contact at the assigned school, working with students and school staff to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Freshers and students who are currently studying are encouraged to apply

No prior teaching experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize students and coordinate scheduled sessions.
- Distribute and manage programme devices and assist students in learning.
- Support students in understanding concepts and resolving queries during sessions.
- Coordinate with school staff and the Next Skills 360 team on programme requirements.




- Maintain session schedules, attendance and basic programme records.

Who We're Looking For

- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones
- Fluent in Marathi and English.
- Interest or experience in teaching, facilitation, working with children or the disability sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Students pursuing MBA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, MSW or other bachelor's/master's programmes are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to commute regularly to Alandi, Pune.

Preferred Candidate Locations Candidates residing in or around Alandi, Moshi, Charholi, Dighi, Chikhali, Bhosari, Vishrantwadi, Lohegaon, Yerawada or Kharadi are preferred.

Stipend & Work Details

Stipend: ₹7,500 per month, all-inclusive.

Duration: 20 September 2026 – 30 April 2027

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday

Work Location: In person, Alandi, Pune

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
