Role & responsibilities

Design a structured, hands-on training curriculum for freshers joining the Baddi lab, covering technique and compliance from day one.

- Personally conduct classroom and bench-side sessions demonstrate techniques, supervise practice runs,correct errors in real time.
- Assess each trainee's competency before clearing them for independent work on live samples, and maintain training/competency records.
- Build and maintain training SOPs, checklists, and easy certification criteria per skill area.
- Run periodic refresher training for existing lab staff, especially on data-integrity (ALCOA++) practices.
- Coordinate with section heads (QC, Instrumentation, Microbiology) to keep the curriculum aligned with actual lab practice and equipment.
- Track and report training-cell metrics (batches trained, time-to-independence, competency pass rates) to the Baddi Lab/QC Head.





Preferred candidate profile Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience in an analytical/QC testing lab is the primary bar the degree itself is flexible.

- B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Sc/M.Pharm or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related life-sciences discipline.
- Several years of real bench experience across basic wet chemistry, UV, and HPLC; prior exposure to a

NABL/GLP-accredited lab is a strong plus.
- Open to retired or semi-retired QC/testing professionals who remain passionate about hands-on testing and want

to mentor freshers experience matters more than current employment status.
- Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising junior analysts is preferred but not mandatory.
