Summary of the Role: The HR L&D-; Jr. Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, preparation of training batches and executing learning Programs, MIS preparation and supporting and coordinating the organizational development initiatives. The person who will be responsible for all the initiatives and activities will be held in training centre.

Details of the Job :

- Collect Training Needs Identification (TNI) from various departments
- Prepare and implement monthly and annual training calendars
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external training programs
- To take daily follow-up for the training
- Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
- Maintain training records and dashboards at unit and group level
- Conduct quarterly reviews for training effectiveness
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution of training initiatives
- Prepare MIS reports on weekly and Monthly basis for management review





Technical Requirements :
- Knowledge of Training & Development processes
- Understanding of TNI, training calendars, feedback mechanism and effectiveness measurement
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of HR systems (LMS preferred)
- Data analysis and reporting skills
